This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Perform training needs assessments for agency transitions.
β’ Create role-specific training curricula and learning pathways for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
β’ Develop e-learning modules utilizing SCORM/xAPI with various authoring tools.
β’ Produce materials for instructor-led training, including facilitator guides, workbooks, labs, and presentation slides.
β’ Design and implement train-the-trainer initiatives.
β’ Generate job aids, quick reference guides, and contextual assistance content.
β’ Oversee the setup and upkeep of training environments.
β’ Create assessments to evaluate training effectiveness based on the Kirkpatrick model.
β’ Manage logistics for training, including scheduling, enrollment, delivery platforms, and tracking of completions.
β’ Revise training materials for quarterly updates, configuration modifications, and feedback from agencies.
β’ Collaborate with the OCM team on training timelines and communication strategies.
β’ Assess intricate challenges and provide independent recommendations for solutions.
β’ Guide junior staff and lead collaborative projects across functions.
β’ A Bachelor's degree with 7 years of pertinent experience; additional experience may substitute for the degree.
β’ Over 7 years of experience in instructional design, training development, or delivery for enterprise software solutions.
β’ More than 5 years of experience in creating and developing end-user training for enterprise ERP, HCM, or cloud-based applications.
β’ Proficient in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate and familiar with SCORM/xAPI standards.
β’ Experience in crafting role-specific training curricula that incorporate instructor-led, e-learning, and blended delivery methods.
β’ Capability to simplify complex enterprise software features into clear, accessible training materials.
β’ Background in training needs assessment, curriculum development, and evaluation of training effectiveness.
β’ Excellent writing skills with experience in creating training documentation, job aids, and reference materials.
β’ Must be eligible for and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
