This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Create, develop, and implement compliant educational solutions that enhance participant effectiveness and credibility.
β’ Establish trust and credibility with key stakeholders through consistent engagement, feedback, and strong collaborative relationships.
β’ Utilize existing Learning and Development platforms and Franchise training materials to minimize redundant efforts.
β’ Maintain open and direct communication with key stakeholders to nurture positive relationships and ensure mutual alignment.
β’ Provide honest, detailed verbal and written feedback to training participants, highlighting strengths, areas for development, and plans for performance improvement.
β’ Evaluate participant skill levels and adapt coaching and training methods to cater to individual learning requirements.
β’ Mentor Guest Trainers and/or Regional Field Trainers by assigning them significant roles during foundational training and ongoing education.
β’ Leverage knowledge of stakeholder businesses, strategies, and priorities to weave training activities into franchise team business plans.
β’ Spearhead cross-functional initiatives and assist with special projects within the training organization.
β’ Support onboarding, development, and mentorship of other NTMs while promoting teamwork and fostering positive peer relationships.
β’ Carry out responsibilities with minimal guidance or direction from senior leadership.
β’ Collaborate with Learning and Development, Therapeutic Business Unit, Franchise Marketing, and AbbVie Patient Services leadership.
β’ Bachelor's degree.
β’ Knowledge of adult learning principles.
β’ Demonstrated experience in developing and utilizing learning and teaching platforms, such as PowerPoint, Articulate Rise, and iSpring.
β’ A minimum of three years of pharmaceutical field experience as an Account Executive or Field Reimbursement Manager, with in-depth knowledge of the access and reimbursement landscape, or comparable prior training experience.
β’ Previous experience in leading projects with regional or national significance.
β’ Proven track record of high performance and a strong understanding of factors that drive success in a commercial organization.
β’ Capability to collaborate with individuals at all management levels and align training initiatives with business strategies.
β’ Ability to incorporate business trends, brand strategies, and market drivers into plans that enhance competitive advantage.
β’ Preferred: Experience working with and utilizing a learning management system (LMS).
β’ Preferred: Previous sales, training, or access and reimbursement experience in the Migraine or Psychiatry fields.
β’ Preferred: Understanding of basic AI principles to enhance training efficiency and content creation.
β’ Preferred: Knowledge and exposure to health sciences, market access, and/or account management.
