📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive learning modules in Sana Learn from validated content

• Design captivating learner pathways utilizing interactions, quizzes, branching, and navigation

• Ensure that modules are user-friendly, consistent, accessible, and easy to navigate

• Take ownership of technical quality assurance prior to client evaluation

• Evaluate interactions, navigation, scoring, and learner pathways

• Identify potential risks early and address issues ahead of client review

• Leverage Sana AI to enhance production efficiency without sacrificing quality

• Share replicable prompts and effective working methods

• Suggest practical enhancements when faced with platform constraints

• Communicate updates and risks in a proactive manner

• Quickly respond to client feedback and necessary adjustments

• Collaborate with designers and project leads to provide outstanding learner experiences

• Proven experience in developing polished digital learning experiences

• Proficient in converting approved learning content into interactive e-learning modules using Sana Learn

• Skilled in creating interactions, quizzes, branching, and navigation

• Competent in conducting technical QA and testing interactions, navigation, scoring, and learner pathways

• Quick to learn new technologies

• Comfortable using AI thoughtfully and responsibly to speed up production while ensuring quality

• Strong communication skills and ability to solve problems independently

• Availability for a fixed-term contract of 6 months
