Regional Clinical Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Deliver hands-on and/or remote post-sale product training on digital imaging products within clinical environments.

• Provide training on imaging software and associated technologies.

• Act as a resource for training escalations within your designated territory.

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to address customers' clinical requirements.

• Facilitate end-user training on supported intraoral imaging products.

• Document and report on completed training sessions.

• Review and follow up on surveys completed within the territory.

• Investigate and manage initial clinical training escalations.

• Assist Clinical Program Managers and Product Management with testing and launching new products.

• Conduct billable clinical training sessions.

• Develop and sustain a pipeline of prospective training opportunities through customer engagement, needs assessment, and relationship management.

• Attend tradeshows and educational events within the territory.

• Acquire and maintain necessary product certifications and recertifications.

• Prioritize and manage timelines in a dynamic environment.

• Work non-standard hours and travel on weekends when required.

• Regularly interact with functional departments, customers, and key opinion leaders.

• Travel up to 75% based on business needs.

• Execute other assigned tasks and special projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent certifications and/or licenses required.

• Minimum of 5 years of practical clinical dental experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

• Must possess or be able to acquire the necessary Radiation Safety Certification.

• Demonstrated experience using dental imaging equipment, including digital intraoral scanners (IOS).

• Proven track record of managing multiple projects at once.

• Valid state driver's license and a clean driving record required.

• Significant use of a personal vehicle during company business is expected.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• Preferred: More than 2 years of training experience in a clinical environment.

• Preferred: Ability to work independently demonstrated.

• Preferred: Advanced knowledge of radiology.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics.

• Preferred: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
