Training Services Coordinator, Logistics Associate III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Deliver administrative support for learning initiatives and data management in accordance with client needs.

• Conduct data entry related to learning administration tasks.

• Input training information into the SuccessFactors learning management system.

• Handle requests utilizing the ServiceNow request management system.

• Ensure adherence to client standard operating procedures, processes, and service level agreements.

• Detect and resolve discrepancies and issues as they arise.

• Refer unresolved issues to the Manager for further action.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

• A high school diploma or higher is preferred.

• Must be capable of passing a background check and drug screening.

• Availability to work 8 hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

• Entry level for a Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of relevant work experience.

• Previous experience within a learning organization is desirable.

• Training administration experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Familiarity with learning management systems is advantageous but not essential.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

• Team-oriented, yet self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.

• Proven attention to detail, strong quality focus, and organizational skills.

• Ability to prioritize work tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities as needed.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Client-focused approach to developing and maintaining professional relationships.

• Flexibility and adaptability in response to ongoing changes.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills for interactions with clients, leadership, and team members.
