This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
β’ Collaborate with client groups to establish and implement talent strategies.
β’ Ensure visibility of talent, share opportunities, and coordinate talent slating.
β’ Prepare, support, and facilitate talent reviews, segmentation, and succession planning.
β’ Assist in identifying, developing, and providing visibility for high-potential and top talent.
β’ Create materials and insights for Collins and RTX talent councils.
β’ Support critical roles and manage talent-related tasks and risk mitigation efforts.
β’ Act as the process steward for PI, IDP, mentorship, development, and enterprise tools.
β’ Collaborate with HR Business Partners to implement essential talent actions.
β’ Offer feedback on talent management processes, technologies, and tools.
β’ Serve as the primary point of contact for talent inquiries and manage Talent COE services.
β’ Comprehend business needs and escalate issues as necessary.
β’ Provide coaching to HR Business Partners on fundamental organizational effectiveness tools and vendors.
β’ Assist in preparing for straightforward team sessions and facilitate limited interventions, assessments, and SDI.
β’ Travel may be required, up to 20%.
β’ Generally requires a University Degree and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 10 years of experience.
β’ Experience in Human Resources as an HR Business Partner and/or in Talent Management.
β’ Proven experience communicating with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
β’ Background in large, complex, global organizations.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 20%.
β’ Preferred experience in the Aerospace and Defense Industry.
β’ Preferred experience as an HR Business Partner or Talent Management Partner within a matrixed organization.
β’ Previous HR experience supporting Operations, Supply Chain, or Quality client groups is advantageous.
β’ Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship, both now and in the future.
β’ Security clearance is not required.
