Senior Manager, FP&A Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of six associates while collaborating with Genpact.

• Direct the yearly production of concentrate standard cost rates pertaining to direct materials, packaging, and overhead for designated CPS locations.

• Act as the main liaison for global CPS finance, working closely with procurement, plant finance, and ingredient costing teams.

• Manage annual SAP costing cycles and facilitate master data uploads in integrated financial systems.

• Validate outcomes and analyze variances to derive actionable insights.

• Deliver monthly performance reviews and reports on purchase price variances, historical trends, and associated risks or opportunities.

• Collaborate with supply chain cost accounting teams on standard cost procedures for new product launches and reformulations.

• Guide and supervise third-party service providers regarding pricing and accounting tasks.

• Create and sustain forecasting models for supply chain cost drivers.

• Enforce global standards in reporting and analytics while enhancing workflows through technological adoption.

• Engage in policy implementations and transformation initiatives such as S/4HANA.

• Monitor productivity initiatives, track performance metrics, and present findings to leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; relevant experience will be taken into account.

• At least 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, or supply chain finance roles.

• A professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred.

• Significant operational experience in supply chain finance and integrated business systems, particularly SAP or similar ERP applications.

• Proficiency in analyzing complex financial data and converting insights into actionable recommendations.

• Capability to manage cross-functional engagement with varied stakeholders across global markets.

• Experience in developing forecasting models, cost analytics, and scenario-based analysis.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English.

• Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

• Familiarity with digital tools and transformation projects aimed at process improvements and automation.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a readiness to lead change initiatives.
