Training Services Coordination and Logistics Associate III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Deliver administrative support for learning services to address client learning and data management requirements.

• Conduct data entry related to learning administration.

• Input training information into the learning management system (SuccessFactors) and manage requests through the request management system (ServiceNow).

• Ensure that client standard operating procedures, processes, and service level agreements are upheld.

• Detect and resolve discrepancies and issues.

• Elevate issues to the Manager for resolution.

• Communicate directly with clients regarding questions, revisions, and concerns.

• Recognize client issues and escalate them as necessary.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

• Perform dual-role responsibilities in data processing and technical helpdesk support.

• Complete non-standard assignments and operate within established procedures with minimal supervision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Ideally possess a high school diploma or higher.

• Must be able to undergo a background check and drug screening.

• Must be available to work an 8-hour night shift from 8 PM to 8 AM, Monday to Friday.

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Must be capable of fulfilling a dual role in data processing and technical helpdesk support.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications.

• Experience in managing a Learning Management System (LMS) is a plus.

• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow is advantageous.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work across multiple sites simultaneously.

• Capable of completing atypical assignments.

• Works effectively within established procedures and practices.

• Completes tasks with limited supervision.
