This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the ongoing enhancement and standardization of training and competency management processes.

• Ensure training records are consistently maintained and ready for audits, in accordance with quality system standards.

• Oversee the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and other training platforms.

• Create courses, monitor enrollments and completions, generate reports, and resolve LMS-related issues.

• Manage the training budget, schedule, and relationships with vendors.

• Handle venue arrangements, faculty payments, simulation labs, and LMS platforms.

• Organize and coordinate training for physicians, including case observations and proctoring arrangements.

• Facilitate hands-on labs, structured educational sessions, and physician-to-physician programs with key opinion leaders.

• Design and improve training materials, curricula, and certification pathways for the WiSE System.

• Track training metrics, certification completion rates, and feedback from trainees.

• Generate reports and analyses aimed at enhancing learning outcomes and supporting audits and quality reviews.

• Administer onboarding and certification processes for field operations personnel, Field Clinical Specialists, and sales representatives.

• Monitor knowledge and skills assessments through certification or remediation processes.

• Collaborate with clinical, marketing, sales, regulatory, quality, medical affairs, and R&D teams.

• Mentor Field Clinical Specialists and other training staff.

• Support scalable learning platforms, LMS improvements, and digital training content development.

• Assist with off-site physician education initiatives, cadaver labs, and KOL training events.

• Provide insights from the field and physician perspectives for product development, clinical trial protocols, and future training strategies.

• Represent EBR Systems at industry conferences, workshops, and professional education forums as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, nursing, or a similar field (or equivalent clinical experience).

• At least 8 years of experience in the medical device industry, specifically in training operations, program/process management, or a related area.

• Previous experience in creating training curricula, certification pathways, and structured onboarding programs.

• Practical experience in administering or developing courses within a Learning Management System (LMS).

• Proven track record in creating training content across various formats (e-learning, video, live/virtual sessions).

• Experience managing training documentation to ensure audit readiness.

• Knowledge of FDA-regulated training materials and documentation standards.

• Familiarity with industry-standard educational practices and compliance as dictated by the Sunshine Act and AdvaMed Code.

• Strong skills in project/program management, organizational abilities, and vendor management.

• Clinical or technical experience in implantable cardiac procedures, or previous work in Cardiac Rhythm Management, Structural Heart, Heart Failure, and/or Electrophysiology is highly preferred.

• Experience supporting the commercial launch of innovative implantable cardiac devices is preferred.

• Proficient in designing, standardizing, and maintaining audit-ready training and competency documentation within a quality framework.

• Ability to design, develop, and manage multi-modal learning solutions, including live labs, digital learning, and LMS-driven pathways.

• Capability to manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships effectively.

• Competence in collaborating with sales, clinical, marketing, regulatory, and R&D teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

• Proficient in developing training metrics and performance analytics.

• Basic understanding of cardiac pacing, intracardiac imaging, implant procedures, and cardiac device therapy strategies is preferred.

• Willingness and ability to travel around 30–40% of the time, including occasional overnight travel.

• Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, use hands, reach, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

• Required vision capabilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
