This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Develop and uphold the planning and delivery source of truth for each cohort, monitoring milestones, responsible parties, due dates, and potential risks.
β’ Oversee the coordination of 6 to 10 instructors regarding scheduling and content preparation.
β’ Manage deadlines for session materials, templates, accessibility reviews, and content review processes.
β’ Participate in live sessions by moderating Q&A, sharing links and resources, launching polls, and addressing technical issues.
β’ Configure cohort technology, provision and verify access for participants and instructors, conduct platform checks, and resolve access complications.
β’ Organize cohort formation, scheduling, invitations, reminders, and communications.
β’ Monitor attendance and completion, following up with participants who may be lagging behind.
β’ Coordinate submissions and tracking for up to six assignments per cohort.
β’ Implement the AI-assisted grading process with technical support.
β’ Assist with pre- and post-competency assessments and manage the creation and distribution of certificates.
β’ Sustain the asynchronous learning community and digital resource library.
β’ Act as the primary contact for client program stakeholders, providing status updates, addressing inquiries, escalating issues, and managing expectations.
β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing programs, projects, campaigns, or accounts with enterprise clients.
β’ Experience in client-facing program management in areas such as corporate or conference events, enterprise client success, account management, agency or consultancy project/program management, or learning and development coordination.
β’ Exceptional organization and follow-through skills, including maintaining trackers, identifying risks, and ensuring deliverables are met.
β’ Proven ability to manage stakeholders within a busy group and hold senior practitioners accountable to deadlines.
β’ Near-native English proficiency, with a minimum of C2 level in both written and spoken communication.
β’ Quick learner and proficient with project management tools, Google Workspace, Slack, and video conferencing platforms that include polling, breakout, and chat features.
β’ Comfortable with daily use of AI tools.
β’ Consistent availability during US business hours.
β’ Nice to have: experience in corporate training, professional education, or certification programs.
β’ Nice to have: familiarity with LMS or learning platforms, discussion communities, or webinar platforms.
β’ Nice to have: understanding of presentation accessibility standards.
β’ Nice to have: experience with enterprise clients in regulated or highly governed industries.
β’ Nice to have: experience collaborating with or around product management teams.
β’ Flexible scheduling with necessary overlap during US business hours.
β’ Fixed compensation per training cohort.
β’ Strong potential for growth toward a full-time position as the company expands to accommodate multiple concurrent cohorts.
