This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of projects from their inception through to completion.
• Aid in defining project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Contribute to the development and execution of program strategies that align with the organization's goals.
• Monitor project progress, keep schedules up-to-date, and provide status reports to the team.
• Organize project meetings, documenting minutes, action items, and follow-ups.
• Work collaboratively with team members to promote effective communication and workflow.
• Partner with key Program Managers to ensure that program goals are achieved.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and other departments to align program objectives with business goals.
• Maintain consistency between program goals and organizational strategy through effective communication and relationship management.
• Build and nurture relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and ROI enhancement.
• Allocate resources, oversee team assignments and workloads, and optimize performance.
• Recognize risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address issues that impact program success.
• Track program progress and performance, utilizing data-driven decision-making.
• Identify process gaps and lead initiatives for process improvement.
• Standardize program management practices to enhance communication, transparency, and reporting.
• Provide updates to senior management regarding program status, milestones, risks, and key decisions.
• Monitor and report on project performance metrics, analyzing data for continuous enhancement.
• Assist with post-program evaluations and lessons-learned discussions.
• PMP or a relevant certification is advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (such as Agile and Waterfall) and tools (including MS Project, Jira, and Trello).
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Capability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication proficiency.
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of project management principles is beneficial.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting.
• Willingness to learn and embrace new challenges.
• Detail-oriented with the skill to manage multiple priorities.
• Enthusiasm for learning and advancing in a program management career.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Program Management, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in program or project management, demonstrating a proven ability to deliver projects successfully.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
