Training, Onboarding, L&D Evaluator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and analyze AI-generated work products, such as documents, spreadsheets, and presentation decks, ensuring accuracy, rigor, and quality within the domain.

• Utilize extensive subject-matter expertise to assess and grade AI-generated outputs.

• Review AI-produced artifacts against established domain-specific quality criteria.

• Detect factual, aesthetic, and presentation-related errors.

• Deliver clear and structured written feedback.

• Engage in projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in training, onboarding, or learning and development.

• Native or professional proficiency in English.

• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly in Slides (Google Slides / PowerPoint).

• An advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a recognized institution is preferred.

• Must be contracted as an independent contractor.

• Currently unable to accommodate H1-B or STEM OPT candidates.
