This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Design, develop, and assess eLearning modules that align with business goals.
• Revise and update current eLearning content to ensure it remains accurate and relevant.
• Create instructor-led training materials, which include facilitator guides, participant resources, and activities.
• Develop job aids, quick-reference guides, storyboards, and scripts that support learning objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to collect requirements and create content.
• Implement adult-learning principles and instructional-design methodologies in course development.
• Ensure uniformity in learning design across various programs and platforms.
• Construct assessments and knowledge checks.
• Maintain documentation for course content and curriculum.
• Utilize available tools and technologies, including AI assistants where applicable, to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams, SMEs, and Program Managers while balancing speed and quality in a dynamic environment.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering training content.
• A degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field such as Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or Organizational Development.
• Equivalent hands-on experience may be accepted in place of a degree.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring and design tools, including Articulate Storyline/Rise 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia.
• Experience in designing and developing training for eLearning, instructor-led training (ILT), and video formats.
• Experience in creating job aids and reference materials.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
• Preferred: experience in updating and maintaining extensive or evolving content libraries.
• Preferred: multimedia development skills, including video editing, graphic design, and animation.
• Preferred: familiarity with AI tools for drafting, iteration, or quality assurance.
• Preferred: experience in supporting onboarding, product knowledge, troubleshooting, or customer experience content.
• Strong experience in Learning Experience Design (LXD)/instructional design, complex technical environments, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a genuine interest in technology and space are particularly valued.
• Experience in sectors such as aerospace, satellite, engineering, defense, manufacturing, robotics, technology, or large-scale operational programs is likely relevant.
