This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and assess eLearning modules that align with business goals.

• Revise and update existing eLearning content to ensure its accuracy and relevance.

• Create materials for instructor-led training, including facilitator guides, participant resources, and activities.

• Develop job aids, quick-reference guides, storyboards, and scripts that support learning objectives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather requirements and create content.

• Apply principles of adult learning and instructional design methodologies in course development.

• Ensure uniformity in learning design across various programs and platforms.

• Develop assessments and knowledge checks.

• Maintain documentation for course content and curriculum.

• Utilize available tools and technologies, including AI assistants where beneficial, to work efficiently and uphold quality.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams, SMEs, and Program Managers while balancing speed and quality.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in designing, developing, and delivering training content.

• A degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field (such as Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or Organizational Development).

• Equivalent hands-on experience will be considered in place of a degree.

• Familiarity with eLearning authoring and design tools like Articulate Storyline/Rise 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia.

• Experience in designing and developing training materials across eLearning, Instructor-Led Training (ILT), and video formats.

• Proven experience in creating job aids and reference materials.

• Experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.

• Preferred: experience in updating and managing large or changing content libraries.

• Preferred: skills in multimedia development, including video editing, graphic design, and animation.

• Preferred: familiarity with AI tools to assist in drafting, revising, or quality checks.

• Preferred: experience in supporting onboarding, product knowledge, troubleshooting, or customer experience content.

• Strong experience in Learning Experience Design (LXD) and instructional design, with an emphasis on complex technical environments, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a keen interest in technology and space.

• Experience in aerospace, satellite, engineering, defense, manufacturing, robotics, technology, or large-scale operational programs is likely relevant.

• Must indicate whether visa sponsorship for work in the US is required.
