Learning Experience Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more locations.

📋 Description

• Design, create, and assess eLearning modules that align with business goals.

• Revise and enhance existing eLearning content to ensure its accuracy and relevance.

• Produce instructor-led training materials, which include facilitator guides, participant handouts, and interactive activities.

• Develop job aids, quick-reference documentation, storyboards, and scripts that support learning objectives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to collect requirements and develop content.

• Implement adult-learning theories and instructional design techniques in course creation.

• Ensure uniformity in learning design across various programs and platforms.

• Create assessments and knowledge checks to evaluate learner comprehension.

• Oversee course content and maintain curriculum documentation.

• Utilize available tools and technologies, including AI assistants when applicable, to work efficiently while maintaining quality.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams, SMEs, and Program Managers in a dynamic environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering training content.

• A degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant discipline (Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Organizational Development).

• Equivalent hands-on experience may be accepted in place of a degree.

• Proficiency with eLearning authoring and design software such as Articulate Storyline/Rise 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia.

• Experience in designing and developing training across eLearning, instructor-led training (ILT), and video formats.

• Proven ability in creating job aids and reference materials.

• Experience in collaborating cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.
