This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +1 more country.
• Act as the primary LD contact in designated regions, offering support and guidance to Leaders and TPSs.
• Enhance guest and coleader performance through leadership, teamwork, career development, scheduling advice, and utilization of both regional and global systems.
• Collaborate with Field Experts, RLs, and FLOs to improve regional morale, performance, and operations.
• Oversee regional people operations tasks, which include certifications and medical visits.
• Welcome and onboard new Leaders and TPSs within the region.
• Provide leadership for GRAF and New to Europe initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to PTTCs, Mid-Season Check-ins, and End of Season evaluations for New Leaders.
• Mentor 15–20 Leaders through individualized coaching and guidance.
• Assist in performance management processes, including follow-ups for Low Score Alerts, coaching, career advancement, and disciplinary measures.
• Lead Village meetings and create associated content.
• Plan and facilitate Regional Kick-Off Meetings as required.
• Conduct 2–3 approved field visits each season.
• Engage in monthly LD scheduler reviews and schedule-drop coverage planning.
• Take part in 1–2 New Leader Training sessions.
• Possibly lead one trip during the contract period.
• May serve on the Interview Team.
• Experience in Trip Leading and H&T Mentoring.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven leadership, motivation, multitasking, and effective feedback abilities.
• Proficiency in at least one language relevant to the assigned regions.
• Prior experience as a member of an H&T team.
• Strong mentoring, coaching, and facilitation capabilities.
• Background as a Field Expert.
• Exemplifies all characteristics outlined in the Mentor Criteria.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to cultivate strong relationships and influence leader performance and system efficiency in the region.
• Capacity to work independently and juggle multiple projects concurrently.
• Spanish/Portuguese Work Authorization or willingness to relocate residency to the country.
