Training Manager, Spasticity – Movement Disorders

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Create, implement, and provide compliant learning solutions tailored for field sales teams.

• Act as a representative for Training & Development and Brand Strategy within training initiatives and solutions.

• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders across various levels.

• Offer performance coaching along with honest verbal and written feedback to training participants.

• Mentor and develop National Field Trainers.

• Tailor coaching and training methods to match individual participant skill levels.

• Guide Guest Trainers and Rotational Trainers through impactful class roles and personalized coaching.

• Incorporate training activities into the brand team's business strategies.

• Lead cross-functional projects and special initiatives.

• Function as an expert in product knowledge, disease states, customer skills, and business skills.

• Assist in the onboarding, development, and mentorship of National Field Trainers.

• Operate effectively with minimal guidance from senior leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Minimum of 5 years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical sector as an Account Executive or District Manager, or at least 2 years of experience in sales training.

• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards governing pharmaceutical products, including CFR 210/211 and cGMP.

• Previous experience in leading projects with regional or national significance.

• Proven track record of high performance in sales.

• Strong insight into the factors that drive success in a commercial setting.

• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
