This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +4 more countries.
β’ Design, develop, and tailor high-quality GA learning programs for enterprise, technical, and professional audiences.
β’ Create practical, outcome-oriented learning experiences applicable in real workplace scenarios.
β’ Transform AI and emerging technology fluency into applied activities, labs, simulations, facilitator guides, assessments, and adaptations specific to clients.
β’ Manage projects and collaborate with subject matter experts, instructors, product managers, learning designers, assessment specialists, vendors, and client-facing teams.
β’ Lead the client-facing design process from gathering requirements and defining learning outcomes to delivery.
β’ Collaborate with sales, product, client success, solutions, and delivery teams to identify needs and develop learning solutions.
β’ Assist in pre-sales and client discussions by defining skill requirements, learner personas, program objectives, audience readiness, and learning pathways.
β’ Develop instructor-led training materials, hands-on labs, case studies, simulations, assessments, facilitator guides, learner workbooks, and workplace exercises.
β’ Design activities utilizing workplace and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, Midjourney, and NotebookLM.
β’ Curate and refresh content to reflect industry trends, tool capabilities, best practices, accessibility standards, and responsible usage.
β’ Create instructor enablement materials and guide instructors in interactive and applied learning delivery.
β’ Collect and evaluate learning-impact data for continuous enhancement.
β’ Collaborate with translation vendors and localization partners when required.
β’ Standardize reusable learning patterns, components, activities, templates, and program structures.
β’ Contribute to a scalable library of reusable learning components and support the evolution of GAβs learning portfolio.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, curriculum design, or a related field, with substantial experience in creating instructor-led training content.
β’ Proven ability to design high-quality learning experiences for enterprise, professional, technical, or workplace audiences.
β’ Extensive experience in producing practical, outcome-driven learning materials, including slides, facilitator guides, activities, assessments, case studies, labs, simulations, and learner resources.
β’ Experience managing clients, stakeholders, SMEs, instructors, vendors, or cross-functional partners throughout the content development process.
β’ Deep understanding of instructional design methodologies, including Bloomβs Taxonomy, ADDIE, experiential learning, practice-based learning, and adult learning principles.
β’ Capability to design for both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Hands-on fluency with current AI tools.
β’ Demonstrated experience in designing learning experiences focused on AI, emerging technology, data, digital transformation, technical skills, or workplace technology adoption.
β’ Strong working knowledge of generative AI, large language models, prompt engineering, machine learning, AI agents, ethical AI, responsible use, and enterprise AI adoption.
β’ Experience in designing practical, hands-on learning activities.
β’ Experience collaborating with subject matter experts to simplify complex concepts into organized, engaging, and accessible learning experiences.
β’ Familiarity with LMS platforms, content management systems, and authoring tools.
β’ Willingness to adjust schedule for meetings across various time zones, particularly in the United States, Europe, Middle East, and Asia.
β’ Technical proficiency in AI, data science, or coding, including Python, APIs, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks is a plus.
β’ Experience using GitHub or other technical collaboration tools is a plus.
β’ Familiarity with virtual machines, cloud-based labs, sandbox environments, or technical learning environments is a plus.
β’ 100% remote work.
