This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +4 more countries.
β’ Design, develop, and contextualize high-quality GA learning programs tailored for enterprise, technical, and professional audiences.
β’ Create practical, outcome-focused learning experiences that can be applied in the workplace.
β’ Transform AI tool proficiency into engaging activities, labs, simulations, facilitator guides, assessments, and client-specific modifications.
β’ Oversee project management while collaborating with subject matter experts, instructors, product managers, learning designers, assessment specialists, vendors, and client-facing teams.
β’ Lead the client-facing design process from gathering requirements and defining learning outcomes to final delivery.
β’ Collaborate with sales, product, client success, solutions, and delivery teams to identify the needs of clients and learners.
β’ Facilitate pre-sales and client discussions by defining skill requirements, learner personas, program objectives, audience readiness, and learning pathways.
β’ Develop instructor-led training materials, including slides, hands-on labs, case studies, simulations, assessments, facilitator guides, learner workbooks, and workplace exercises.
β’ Create hands-on activities utilizing current workplace and AI tools.
β’ Curate and refresh content based on industry trends, tool capabilities, best practices, accessibility, and responsible usage.
β’ Design interactive exercises such as tool walkthroughs, prompt refinement activities, workflow mapping, ethical decision-making scenarios, coding challenges, technical labs, and business simulations.
β’ Manage project timelines, deliverables, resources, SMEs, designers, assessment specialists, instructors, vendors, contractors, and freelancers.
β’ Develop enablement materials for instructors and guide them in delivering applied, interactive learning.
β’ Customize programs for enterprise clients, startups, government entities, technical teams, business leaders, and diverse employee groups.
β’ Collect and analyze learning-impact data for ongoing improvement.
β’ Collaborate with translation vendors and localization partners as required.
β’ Standardize reusable learning patterns, components, activities, templates, and program structures.
β’ Build a scalable library of reusable GA learning components.
β’ Identify custom materials that can evolve into reusable product components.
β’ Recognize emerging client needs, market shifts, tool trends, and opportunities for new or enhanced learning products.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, curriculum design, or a related discipline.
β’ Extensive experience in creating instructor-led training content.
β’ Proven ability to design high-quality learning experiences for enterprise, professional, technical, or workplace audiences.
β’ Demonstrated experience in developing practical, outcome-driven learning materials, including slides, facilitator guides, activities, assessments, case studies, labs, simulations, and learner resources.
β’ Experience managing clients, stakeholders, SMEs, instructors, vendors, or cross-functional partners throughout the content development lifecycle.
β’ Strong understanding of Bloomβs Taxonomy, ADDIE, experiential learning, practice-based learning, and adult learning principles.
β’ Ability to design for both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Hands-on proficiency with current AI tools.
β’ Background in designing learning experiences focused on AI, emerging technology, data, digital transformation, technical skills, or workplace technology adoption.
β’ Solid working knowledge of generative AI, large language models, prompt engineering, machine learning, AI agents, ethical AI, responsible use, and enterprise AI adoption.
β’ Experience in designing practical, hands-on learning activities.
β’ Proven collaboration skills with subject matter experts.
β’ Familiarity with LMS platforms, content management systems, and authoring tools.
β’ Willingness to adjust schedule for meetings across various time zones, particularly in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
β’ Technical proficiency in AI, data science, or coding, including Python, APIs, TensorFlow, or PyTorch (nice to have).
β’ Experience utilizing GitHub or other technical collaboration tools (nice to have).
β’ Experience with AI training labs, coding exercises, model-building workshops, or real-world AI case studies (nice to have).
β’ Familiarity with virtual machines, cloud-based labs, sandbox environments, or technical learning settings (nice to have).
β’ Experience with AI-driven personalization, adaptive learning, or AI-supported learner practice (nice to have).
β’ Experience in designing enterprise AI adoption programs, leadership AI programs, technical academies, digital transformation programs, or role-based learning journeys (nice to have).
β’ Experience creating learning experiences for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, NotebookLM, Midjourney, or similar platforms (nice to have).
β’ 100% remote work environment.
