Field Training Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee all training initiatives for new projects, encompassing product launches, guest service improvements, processes, technology, and systems.

• Conduct both virtual and in-person training sessions utilizing effective adult learning methodologies.

• Deliver presentations during regional meetings and training events for Above Restaurant Leaders.

• Implement project management tools and techniques, including risk management, issue resolution, change management, quality assurance, and documentation management.

• Foster engagement to encourage franchisees to adopt necessary changes within their operations.

• Establish relationships with cross-functional team members, franchisees, and Above Restaurant Leaders to promote the adoption of training strategies.

• Collaborate with the field team to identify root causes of knowledge gaps, operational challenges, and training issues and propose viable solutions.

• Serve as a continuous subject matter expert for franchisees and Above Restaurant Leaders regarding brand initiatives.

• Engage in meetings with franchisees and cross-functional teams to devise market and network strategies while providing expertise and consulting.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience in restaurant and/or retail management, including Training, Human Resources, or multi-unit management experience.

• 5-7 years of experience in restaurant and/or retail Training, Operations, or multi-unit management.

• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision and effectively prioritize tasks.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Must establish credibility and build trusting relationships.

• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Proficient in project management.

• Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities.

• Ability to influence and persuade without formal authority.

• Demonstrates strategic thinking along with strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook or equivalent software.

• Capable of conducting meetings and facilitating effective and engaging training sessions both in-person and virtually.

• Sound judgment and decision-making skills in a business context.

• Experience in change management.

• Strong presentation skills.

• Identifies and provides feedback on innovative methods to achieve objectives.

• Aids in identifying and resolving project-related risks and challenges.

• A minimum of 75% travel will be required.
