This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop interactive e-learning modules using Sana Learn

• Incorporate quizzes, branching scenarios, interactions, and thoughtful navigation to craft engaging learning experiences

• Take ownership of build quality, testing interactions, learner pathways, and course readiness

• Investigate Sana AI and other innovative methods to expedite development

• Address technical challenges and navigate platform limitations

• Collaborate effectively with designers, project leads, and the broader team

• Respond to feedback and keep stakeholders updated

• Contribute ideas and continuously enhance learning builds

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in creating digital learning content using an e-learning authoring tool or learning platform

• Familiarity with Sana Learn is an advantage

• Understanding of effective digital learner experiences, including intuitive navigation and significant interactions

• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished, technically sound work

• Capability to troubleshoot problems and devise practical solutions

• Proficient in managing priorities, meeting deadlines, and communicating proactively

• Interest in AI and its potential applications within digital learning

• Ability to learn rapidly, apply skills effectively, and take ownership of high-quality work
