This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide instructor-led, virtual, and blended training to end users, operational staff, and program stakeholders as part of a large-scale Medicaid enterprise system implementation.
• Conduct scheduled training sessions utilizing established curricula while tailoring delivery to accommodate diverse learning styles and experience levels.
• Offer engaging training through various formats including instructor-led, virtual, webinar-based, on-the-job, and blended learning.
• Facilitate courses aimed at enhancing operational readiness, system adoption, compliance, and the development of non-technical skills.
• Collaborate with business units, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to ascertain learning needs and validate training resources.
• Assist in conducting training needs assessments and identifying suitable learning solutions for addressing performance gaps.
• Create and maintain lesson plans, facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, presentations, manuals, handouts, and other educational resources.
• Conduct live and recorded training sessions utilizing learning technologies and communication platforms.
• Offer post-training support, coaching, resources, and guidance to enhance learner success and performance improvement.
• Keep training records and documentation in accordance with organizational standards and confidentiality protocols.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of training curricula, delivery methods, and overall learner experience.
• Engage with employees, leaders, subject matter experts, clients, and business partners.
• Maintain responsibility for training delivery, learner engagement, project timelines, and training effectiveness.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
• Support an assigned eight-hour shift within Pacific Time business hours for a project running from 9/28/26 to 12/31/26.
• In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and techniques for engaging learners.
• Proven experience in facilitating both in-person and virtual learning programs.
• Competence in utilizing training technologies, business software applications, and virtual learning platforms effectively.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in developing training documentation, participant materials, and facilitator guides.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient in technical writing, proofreading, and editing.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively lead a virtual classroom with confidence and empathy.
• Capability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with employees and stakeholders.
• Availability to work an assigned eight (8) hour shift between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.
• Ability to work from a secure, distraction-free remote environment with reliable high-speed internet access.
• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in training delivery, facilitation, adult learning, or employee development.
• Preferred experience in delivering training on enterprise systems or within a Medicaid, health and human services, or public sector context.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; sponsorships are not available.
