This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and take ownership of the comprehensive learning and development training strategy for the franchise network.
• Design, create, implement, assess, and oversee training programs, materials, content, and resources.
• Manage the complete learning lifecycle for tools, processes, and validated pilots rolled out to the franchise network.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather insights, structure learning content, and oversee production timelines.
• Choose learning formats, scope, duration, and sequencing based on the audience, complexity, adoption needs, and adult learning theories.
• Create and produce onboarding documents, educational modules, reference materials, quick-start guides, facilitator handbooks, and other educational resources.
• Conduct virtual or in-person training sessions and certify trainers for train-the-trainer programs.
• Oversee LMS content management, including publication, accessibility, updates, and retirement.
• Work together with IT and Finance to oversee the LMS vendor, Activated Insights.
• Define and evaluate training effectiveness through completion rates, knowledge assessments, behavioral adoption metrics, and qualitative feedback.
• Analyze training data and feedback to enhance content quality.
• Manage learning workstreams with detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder involvement.
• Proactively communicate project status, risks, and obstacles.
• Support broader NIO initiatives, which include pilot coordination, vendor management, change management, and stakeholder communication.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or training program management.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and content authoring tools.
• Experience in the healthcare sector, franchising, or multi-unit operations is a plus.
• Availability to work during standard company hours.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in instructional design, education, organizational development, or a related field is preferred.
• Flexible start and end times based on geographical location.
• Occasional travel for essential quarterly, semi-annual, and annual events, including regional meetings and franchise owner conferences.
