Training & Development – Instructional Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create and develop both instructor-led and self-paced training materials for the teams at Peak Support.

• Provide a Train-the-Trainer (T3) session to Trainers responsible for delivering the learning materials.

• Regularly assess and improve learning materials to ensure ongoing development and enhancement.

• Keep updated with all client process changes through regular communication with internal stakeholders.

• Plan, design, and implement innovative training programs throughout Peak Support.

• Enhance the knowledge base and learning materials for all Peak Support programs.

• Convert subject-matter expertise into training resources tailored for global onboarding and specific level training.

• Collaborate with Training Facilitators and Producers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office and design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Adobe InDesign, and Articulate.

• Outstanding communication abilities.

• Strong collaboration and coordination skills.

• Familiarity with technologies and best practices in instructional design and training delivery.

• Highly organized with the capability to meet diverse timelines.

• Competent in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.

• Skilled in analyzing learning opportunities and devising improved solutions.

• Proactive approach to problem-solving.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Instructional Design roles.

• Commitment to upholding the PS Core Values.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving AI-driven solutions.

• Knowledge and/or expertise in LMS platforms and technologies.

• Certifications in Instructional Design courses are considered a plus.
