Training & Development – Instructional Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create and develop both instructor-led and self-paced training materials for the teams at Peak Support.

• Provide Train-the-Trainer (T3) sessions to Trainers responsible for delivering the learning content.

• Regularly assess and improve training materials to ensure ongoing development and enhancement.

• Keep abreast of all client process updates through consistent communication with internal stakeholders.

• Plan, design, and execute innovative training programs throughout all divisions of Peak Support.

• Refine the knowledge base and learning materials associated with all Peak Support initiatives.

• Convert the expertise of internal stakeholders into training resources for global onboarding and level-specific training.

• Collaborate with Training Facilitators and Producers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and design software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Adobe InDesign, Articulate).

• Strong communication abilities.

• Excellent skills in collaboration and coordination.

• Familiarity with technologies and best practices in instructional design and training delivery.

• Well-organized with the capability to meet diverse deadlines.

• Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

• Competent in analyzing learning opportunities and strategizing for improved solutions.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Instructional Design roles.

• Strict compliance with the PS Core Values.

• Eager to learn and adapt to new AI-driven solutions.

• Knowledge of and/or experience with LMS platforms and technologies.

• Preferred: Certifications in Instructional Design courses.
