Training Coordinator – Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, oversee, and maintain training schedules, records, and documentation

• Work in partnership with trainers to assign new hires to necessary training and monitor training advancement

• Ensure that training sessions are completed and documented

• Create and share weekly and monthly reports summarizing training status, progression, and outcomes

• Collect feedback from management, employees, and various departments regarding the effectiveness of training programs

• Persistently look for ways to enhance training effectiveness

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned

• Adhere to company compliance, information security, and regulatory policies, procedures, and programs

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced capability to organize and manage several initiatives concurrently

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Demonstrated experience in a role such as Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator, or similar

• High School diploma or equivalent qualification

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail

• Capacity to meet tight deadlines and perform effectively under pressure

• Excellent computer skills

• Ability to accurately execute repetitive tasks

• Independent decision-making capability

• High level of precision

• Self-driven and able to complete tasks promptly

• U.S.-based work location required
