This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, implement, and assess learning and performance solutions for the University of Farmers.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of learning solutions, from needs assessment and consultation through design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with business leaders, department representatives, trainers, and subject matter experts to comprehend business challenges and design impactful learning experiences.
• Produce instructor-led training, virtual learning modules, e-learning content, videos, interactive digital experiences, job aids, performance support materials, coaching resources, and content for learning platforms.
• Perform learning and performance needs assessments to pinpoint capability gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Create training curricula, certificate programs, course materials, storyboards, learning journeys, and digital learning content.
• Utilize adult learning theories, instructional design methodologies, and innovative learning strategies.
• Employ Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, video editing software, and AI-driven video tools.
• Suggest learning formats, technologies, and delivery methods based on the audience, business needs, and desired outcomes.
• Investigate emerging learning technologies, instructional design trends, and industry developments.
• Lead consultations and business meetings to uncover learning opportunities and propose effective solutions.
• Evaluate learner outcomes and business results, providing recommendations for enhancements.
• Assist trainers and facilitators with resources, measurement strategies, facilitation materials, and evaluation tasks.
• Assess complex learning solutions and refine future programs.
• Implement measurement strategies to monitor learner success, learning effectiveness, and business outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with learning, performance, technology, and business teams to ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with organizational goals.
• Formulate recommendations based on data analysis, learner feedback, business performance, and evaluation results.
• Remain updated on instructional design, learning technologies, adult education, digital learning, and AI trends.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of learning design standards, processes, tools, and best practices.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in instructional design, learning experience design, educational content development, or a related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Design, Technology, Communication, or a closely related field is preferred.
• Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
• Proven experience in designing scalable learning solutions for classroom, virtual, and online settings.
• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Experience in conducting needs assessments and converting business requirements into learning solutions.
• Proficient in storyboarding, course development, visual design, and production of learning content.
• Familiarity with Articulate 360, particularly Rise and Storyline.
• Knowledge of LMS/LXP platforms and digital learning technologies.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or similar visual design tools.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities while ensuring quality and adhering to deadlines.
• Analytical mindset capable of assessing learning effectiveness and linking learning outcomes to business results.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative, and constantly evolving environment.
• Ability to manage several projects concurrently with overlapping deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word and PowerPoint.
• Valid local legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based at the time of hiring.
