This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +1 more country.
β’ Create, coordinate, and deliver technical product and sales skills training for the ENT Sales organization, including onboarding for new employees.
β’ Evaluate training requirements and identify knowledge and skill gaps, developing focused learning solutions.
β’ Produce engaging, learner-focused training content utilizing adult learning principles in collaboration with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.
β’ Ensure training curricula and materials are current with advancements in technology, clinical practices, business priorities, and regulatory standards.
β’ Oversee training programs and learner data within the Totara Learning Management System, including tracking progress, reporting, and enhancing content.
β’ Organize and coordinate training events, handling logistics, communications, attendance, and feedback using appropriate event-management tools.
β’ Work with Marketing, Commercial, Clinical, Regulatory, and Legal stakeholders to guarantee that training programs align with business needs and adherence to policies and guidelines.
β’ Lead training-related projects, manage priorities and budgets, and pinpoint opportunities to enhance learning effectiveness while introducing innovative learning technologies.
β’ Over 3 years of relevant experience in designing, developing, and delivering technical, clinical, or sales training programs.
β’ Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the capability to engage and teach clinical, technical, and commercial audiences.
β’ Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently with minimal supervision.
β’ Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across various functions.
β’ Analytical mindset to evaluate training effectiveness, learner feedback, and program performance, using insights to drive improvements.
β’ Ability to create clear, engaging, and learner-focused training materials.
β’ High level of organization and attention to detail, particularly in coordinating regional training programs and events.
β’ High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree.
β’ Familiarity with Totara LMS or comparable learning management platforms.
β’ Background in medical devices, healthcare, clinical environments, or field sales/support.
β’ Experience in clinical laboratory settings or working directly with healthcare professionals.
β’ Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, or learning technologies.
β’ Familiarity with event-management platforms such as Cvent.
β’ Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to medical device training.
β’ Experience supporting training across multiple countries or in international/regional teams.
