This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Develop, implement, and sustain a multi-year strategy and roadmap for high-potential leadership development.
β’ Design, execute, and continually refine leadership development programs, acceleration experiences, and talent interventions for high-potential individuals.
β’ Assess leadership readiness, succession pipelines, promotion trends, and capability gaps.
β’ Convert insights from talent reviews, succession planning results, and business strategy into focused program strategies and solutions.
β’ Effectively communicate program strategy, priorities, outcomes, and roadmaps to relevant stakeholders.
β’ Oversee program design, development, success metrics, vendor relationships, and budget management.
β’ Collaborate with Talent Management and HR leaders to align programming with succession planning, talent reviews, and enterprise talent strategies.
β’ Act as the lead facilitator for essential components of enterprise high-potential programs.
β’ Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to participants in the cohort.
β’ Create and implement communication strategies to launch and promote leadership development initiatives.
β’ Utilize adult learning and learner experience design principles to shape participant experiences and development pathways.
β’ Assess and report on program effectiveness and impact to senior leadership.
β’ Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
β’ Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Behavior, Organizational Communication, or a related field, or a High School Diploma with 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
β’ Minimum of 7 years of experience in supporting leader development through program delivery and coaching, in addition to the educational requirements.
β’ Strong leadership capabilities.
β’ Excellent communication skills with an ability to effectively engage senior stakeholders.
β’ Compelling and engaging presentation skills.
β’ Proficient in engaging participants in discussions during training workshops or one-on-one sessions.
β’ Strong strategic and systems thinking abilities.
β’ Excellent listening, coaching, and feedback skills.
β’ Ability to inspire commitment to action and foster personal growth.
β’ Capability to manage group dynamics and multiple teams concurrently.
β’ Ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
β’ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Word Suite and Teams platform.
β’ Must possess, or be willing to obtain, a REAL ID or TSA-approved alternative if necessary for air travel or access to federal properties.
