This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Provide training and support to sales teams regarding the medical, clinical, and diagnostic features of the IDEXX portfolio.
• Create, prepare, and present training sessions for veterinarians, veterinary students, and veterinary nurses/technicians.
• Aid in enhancing scientific expertise among individuals working at the IDEXX Reference Laboratory.
• Assess training requirements and suggest initiatives that align with market trends and product advancements.
• Organize and conduct conferences, seminars, webinars, and other scientific events.
• Draft or assist in writing technical articles, educational resources, and scientific documentation.
• Maintain a proactive scientific overview and disseminate pertinent information to teams and clients.
• Address intricate medical and scientific inquiries from IDEXX clients and employees.
• Work alongside Marketing teams to produce valuable scientific content.
• Assist in formulating medical messaging concerning IDEXX products, services, and diagnostic solutions.
• Offer scientific assistance to sales teams during important client visits and key account meetings.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the medical positioning of IDEXX solutions.
• Foster and maintain relationships with veterinary educational institutions and training organizations.
• Establish and uphold collaborations with key opinion leaders, specialists, and industry experts.
• Engage in studies, research projects, scientific publications, and academic partnerships.
• Represent IDEXX at national and international congresses and professional gatherings.
• Cover the Île-de-France and North-East France regions, involving frequent travel within France and occasional international travel.
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree is mandatory.
• Extensive experience in clinical veterinary practice is essential.
• Strong understanding of medical and veterinary diagnostics.
• Familiarity with services offered by veterinary laboratories.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Confident in public speaking and presenting at conferences.
• Capable of articulating complex scientific concepts to non-specialist audiences with clarity.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to forge enduring partnerships.
• Strong customer focus and a service-oriented mindset.
• Self-driven, well-organized, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team-oriented with the capability to collaborate across different functions.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
• CES in Clinical Hematology and Biochemistry and/or CEAV in Internal Medicine is preferred.
• Previous experience in training, technical support, scientific communications, or commercial roles is a plus.
