This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Lead strategic communications, governance excellence, and employee engagement across workstreams serving a Financial Services client.
• Create and execute detailed communication plans that align with partnership and account objectives, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Distribute policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to minimize operational and compliance risks.
• Oversee and generate content for client deliverables, standardized reporting formats, and reporting standards.
• Update and optimize the reporting matrix through regular evaluations.
• Collaborate with JLL workstream leaders to ensure timely, high-quality, and transparent reporting.
• Manage governance presentations, including QBRs, Management Level Governance meetings, and MBRs.
• Assist with additional client reporting needs as required.
• Administer the Medallia feedback program and convert client feedback into actionable improvement strategies.
• Monitor feedback trends and metrics to identify opportunities for service enhancement and risk mitigation.
• Design and implement standardized employee onboarding and orientation programs at the account level.
• Collaborate with workstream leads, hiring managers, and HR to ensure effective communications and day-one readiness.
• Assess onboarding effectiveness and new-hire satisfaction, implementing necessary improvements.
• Partner with HR and L&D teams to promote, communicate, and monitor participation in required and optional training.
• Assist in the rollout of L&D initiatives through targeted communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of experience in strategic communications and program management within professional services, facilities management, or corporate settings supporting complex client accounts.
• Proven track record in developing communication strategies and governance materials, including presentations and reports.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of visual design principles.
• Experience in managing feedback programs and translating data into actionable improvement initiatives.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities, deliverables, and cross-functional relationships simultaneously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences and build collaborative partnerships.
• Experience in designing and implementing employee onboarding and training programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, presentation software, and communication platforms.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Advanced degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in integrated facilities management or the real estate services industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with Medallia or similar customer feedback management platforms is preferred.
• Experience supporting governance frameworks for large-scale client accounts is preferred.
• Background in change management and organizational development is preferred.
• Proficiency with AI-powered tools and platforms such as Claude or ChatGPT is preferred.
