Medical Communications Postdoctoral Fellowship

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Engage in a one-year Medical Communications Postdoctoral Fellowship.

• Gain insights into the medical communications sector and the agency services provided to pharmaceutical and biotech client teams.

• Cultivate essential skills by producing various forms of scientific communications.

• Collaborate across departments with Account, Creative, and Medical Strategy teams.

• Partner with external client stakeholders.

• Acquire knowledge of Medical Writing and the responsibilities associated with Scientific Director roles.

• Learn and implement industry standards and Good Publication Practices.

• Create high-visibility projects.

• Complete a writing assessment as part of the application procedure.

⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, or DVM); pharmacist licensure is not a prerequisite.

• Must be located in Eastern or Central time zones (preferred) and available to work approximately 9am–5pm, Monday through Friday.

• Must have ongoing eligibility to work for any employer in the US; Citrus is unable to provide work sponsorships.

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.

• Capable of working independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to adapt writing to specified style formats.

• Exhibits a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.

• Ability to think critically and effectively plan, prioritize, and execute tasks.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• An up-to-date Curriculum Vitae and Letter of Intent are required.
