This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Formulate communication strategies for enterprise products and organizational initiatives, utilizing change management and communication best practices.

• Develop audience-centered communication plans that increase awareness, facilitate adoption, and reinforce new operational methods.

• Synchronize communications with project milestones, training sessions, and support activities.

• Provide guidance to project teams on best practices in communication and change management.

• Assess communication effectiveness and adjust communication plans based on feedback and outcomes.

• Simplify complex topics into clear and concise communications.

• Compose executive messages, staff announcements, email campaigns, intranet content, FAQs, and leadership talking points.

• Implement communications through established internal channels.

• Oversee communication planning and execution to alleviate the communication load on subject matter experts.

• Manage and coordinate the project communication calendar.

• Offer advice on channel selection, timing, and formats.

• Set communication standards, templates, and best practices.

• Collaborate with content owners to keep the staff intranet up-to-date, organized, and user-friendly.

• Work alongside product owners, department heads, and field leaders to promote awareness, adoption, and sustained engagement with organizational initiatives.

• Align messaging across teams and ensure communications are coordinated with training and support resources.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• At least five (5) years of relevant professional experience, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Proven experience leading communications for enterprise product implementations, technology deployments, or organizational change initiatives.

• Demonstrated ability to create communication strategies, translate complex information into clear and actionable messaging, and evaluate communication effectiveness.

• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration, with experience in partnering across technology, operations, training, and field leadership.

• Familiarity with change management principles, preferably Prosci ADKAR.

• Experience with SharePoint, EMMA, Canva, Excel, and Google Workspace is preferred.

• Proven success in managing multiple priorities and influencing stakeholders across various functions.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
