Training and Development Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver training, technical assistance, quality assurance data evaluations, and engineering support for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Aviation Logistics Center (ALC).

• Design and present training sessions for ALMIS and 1-Log Portal users.

• Analyze operational and maintenance data.

• Assist in reviewing maintenance policies.

• Offer support to field units to maintain current and future users of ALMIS, 1-Log Portal, and any upcoming software enterprise system replacements.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least five (5) years of experience in USCG aeronautical/naval engineering practices and procedures.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience with aircraft, cutters, and boats.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience with ALMIS/EAL/DSS.

• At least two (2) years of experience in instructing or providing classroom training.

• Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English fluently.

• Skilled in using basic computer tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and Live Meeting.
