This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and coordinate communication strategies for Epic implementations, upgrades, enhancements, go-lives, and optimization initiatives.
• Craft audience-specific communications tailored for clinicians, operational teams, leadership, and other healthcare end users.
• Compose announcements, newsletters, FAQs, readiness communications, workflow updates, talking points, and stakeholder materials.
• Create and maintain Epic tip sheets, quick-reference guides, job aids, workflow guides, and other educational materials for end users.
• Convert Epic functionality and workflow changes into practical, easy-to-understand content.
• Collaborate with Epic analysts and subject-matter experts to ensure content accuracy and usability.
• Revise training and communication resources as workflows, system functionalities, and operational processes evolve.
• Assist with organizational change management, end-user readiness, and adoption initiatives.
• Work alongside project managers, operational leaders, trainers, and analysts to synchronize communications and educational efforts with implementation plans.
• Collect feedback from stakeholders and end users, recommending enhancements to communications and learning resources.
• Support various healthcare clients and priorities in a well-organized, professional, and responsive manner.
• Maintain orderly content libraries, templates, version controls, and documentation standards.
• Represent Superlanet in a professional manner during client meetings, working sessions, and content reviews.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic communications, healthcare communications, change communications, training communications, learning-content development, or a related field.
• Prior experience working with Epic or within an Epic healthcare setting.
• Proven track record in developing tip sheets, job aids, quick-reference guides, FAQs, training communications, or similar end-user materials.
• Experience in healthcare or healthcare IT.
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and content development skills.
• Ability to convert technical and workflow information into clear, concise, and user-friendly content.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and project coordination abilities.
• Experience in coordinating subject-matter experts, reviewers, approvals, deadlines, and various stakeholder groups.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and workstreams effectively.
• Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with leadership, clinicians, technical teams, and operational stakeholders.
• Preferred: Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, go-lives, optimizations, or workflow changes.
• Preferred: Background in developing communications for technology, workflow, or organizational change.
• Preferred: Familiarity with organizational change management, end-user adoption, or readiness planning.
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare IT, consulting, professional services, or a multi-client Managed Services environment.
• Preferred: Experience in creating digital learning, virtual training, or multimedia educational content.
• Preferred: Knowledge of multiple Epic applications or clinical and revenue-cycle workflows.
• Epic certification, accreditation, or credentialing is a plus but not mandatory.
• Preferred: A portfolio showcasing sanitized examples of tip sheets, FAQs, workflow guides, newsletters, readiness communications, training decks, or digital learning materials.
