Communications Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the strategy and implementation of all communication and marketing initiatives in Australia.

• Enhance brand recognition and stimulate pipeline growth in Australia.

• Establish yourself as an expert and reliable partner within the target vertical.

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success to pinpoint opportunities.

• Regularly engage with customers to gain insights into frontline operations and AI applications.

• Plan and carry out integrated marketing communications activities.

• Develop customer stories for websites, videos, blogs, one-pagers, and social media platforms.

• Oversee public relations, partnership, and influencer marketing efforts.

• Provide enablement for sales and customer success through presentations, outreach sequences, training, and account-based marketing.

• Drive demand generation via both paid and organic channels.

• Lead events and field marketing initiatives, including conferences and customer dinners.

• Produce webinars, podcasts, and virtual events.

• Create long-form thought leadership content such as ebooks and research reports.

• Develop newsletters and email communications.

• Recognize and communicate compelling storytelling opportunities.

• Build networks with influencers, membership organizations, and trade publications.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in a combination of social media, content marketing, public relations, events, email marketing, and/or demand generation.

• High degree of autonomy and responsibility.

• Capability to forge strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

• Ability to learn and utilize tools such as HubSpot, Webflow, Figma, and Customer.io.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Clear, concise, and engaging writing tailored for various audiences.

• Creativity and a knack for developing new marketing communications capabilities.
