This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, facilitate, and manage Ultimus’ formal training programs for the Transfer Agency.
• Collaborate with Transfer Agency stakeholders to establish department-specific training roadmaps.
• Engage with clients utilizing Transfer Agency systems.
• Create, enhance, and deliver presentations and training materials, including quick reference guides, online learning resources, PowerPoint slides, and other relevant content.
• Assess training effectiveness via surveys and offer recommendations for enhancement.
• Conduct New Employee and department-specific training sessions.
• Support new associate onboarding and create tailored training plans.
• Produce e-learning and video training content.
• Stay informed about development opportunities within the Transfer Agency.
• Collaborate with internal teams regarding new hires, process or system deployments/releases, influenced roles or stakeholders, and training requirements.
• Assist in drafting internal guidelines for training documentation.
• Work with Transfer Agency departments to identify and implement process improvement opportunities discovered during the training development and delivery phases.
• Revise training materials to reflect updates in industry standards and departmental changes.
• Mentor associates through instruction, coaching, on-the-job experiences, modeling effective practices, and guiding on methods.
• Partner with stakeholders to design and enhance course materials, review feedback, and support the setup of technology and hardware.
• Communicate with teams regarding general information, issue resolution, inquiries, or reporting requirements.
• Perform additional duties as needed and assigned.
• Associate’s degree in communication, finance, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience with Mutual Funds, including training experience or a similar background.
• Equivalent education, experience, and knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) will be considered.
• Familiarity with online learning resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
• Advanced technical skills capable of delivering effective virtual training sessions, including e-learning and training videos.
• Exceptional client service skills and the ability to cultivate strong intercompany relationships.
• Strong multitasking, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• A strategic, detail-oriented, and proactive approach with a solid commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Capability to troubleshoot issues through creative and critical thinking.
• Proficient in presenting and articulating ideas and information clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally.
• Ability to establish and nurture effective working relationships with associates and clients.
• Flexibility to adjust priorities and deadlines in response to changing conditions or unanticipated challenges.
• Ability to sit and stand regularly.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.
• Specific vision capabilities are required.
