Trainer – Subject Matter Expert, Digital Business Fundamentals

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct live online classes in the morning.

• Assist participants during their individual learning sessions in the afternoon.

• Instruct on fundamental digital business skills, covering modern work and collaboration tools, project management, data literacy, Excel/Google Sheets, AI, automation, and APIs.

• Provide instructional support for diverse learning groups with varying professional, linguistic, and digital backgrounds.

• Foster a learning environment that challenges and supports both novice and more experienced participants.

• Assume subject-matter responsibility for the Digital Business Fundamentals curriculum.

• Develop, maintain, and continually enhance teaching materials, exercises, projects, and learning formats.

• Ensure that the course structure remains practical, accessible, and current.

• Collaborate closely with the educational team and subject matter experts (SMEs) responsible for advanced subject modules.

• Oversee the quality and ongoing improvement of the module’s subject matter as a Subject Matter Expert.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong practical experience in various aspects of digital business, including digital collaboration and project management, data analysis, Excel/Google Sheets, AI and automation, or digital business processes.

• Completed degree, vocational training, or a comparable professional qualification.

• Experience in teaching, training, or facilitation, preferably in adult education and remote environments.

• Exceptional instructional abilities with a knack for clearly and accessibly explaining complex digital subjects.

• Enjoyment in working with diverse groups and the capability to support varying levels of knowledge and learning speeds simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills and a respectful, patient approach to interacting with individuals.

• Proficiency in both German and English.

• Permanent position, 32 hours per week.
