Trainees as IT Trainers/Instructors for Microsoft Certification Courses

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Conduct IT training sessions on Microsoft certification courses and associated learning topics for IT professionals.

• Instruct on Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft 365, including the setup, deployment, and management of workloads.

• Provide training on topics related to Microsoft Endpoint Administrator.

• Where relevant, teach Windows client systems, Azure, Azure AI, Security/Compliance/Identity, Windows Server Hybrid Administration, and Microsoft 365 Administration.

• Engage in online trainer development and acquire practical training experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A dependable and collaborative work ethic.

• Capability to articulate concepts clearly to others and a passion for presenting to groups.

• Strong interest in and enthusiasm for IT subjects.

• Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) status or a technical background, such as training as an IT specialist for system integration, comparable vocational training, IT training or certifications, a degree in a technical discipline, or pertinent professional experience.

• Excellent command of the German language, with a minimum proficiency level of C1.

• Candidates without formal IT qualifications are also encouraged to apply.

• A desire to become a trainer; prior experience as a trainer, instructor, tutor, coach, or in a similar educational capacity is a plus.
