Dental Field Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Facilitate engaging, hands-on training sessions for dentists and their teams in adopting intraoral scanning and digital workflows.

• Guide teams through live observation, reinforcing best practices and adapting training as needed.

• Encourage early case submissions by eliminating obstacles, emphasizing clinical urgency, and boosting confidence.

• Collaborate with clinicians and practice leaders to promote scanning habits and early adoption.

• Evaluate outcomes during the initial 30 days and pinpoint specific coaching opportunities.

• Provide insights from the field to enhance scalable resources, improve onboarding processes, and fortify future training initiatives.

• Assess readiness across clinical workflows, team dynamics, and equipment availability.

• Work in conjunction with internal teams to ensure all resources, messaging, and tools are prepared prior to training.

• Tailor training strategies according to practice size, complexity, and clinical objectives.

• Travel up to 80% to deliver in-practice training and support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in delivering clinical training in digital dentistry or dental technology.

• Strong understanding of intraoral scanning and digital workflows.

• Eagerness and willingness to travel up to 80%.

• Must be located near a major airport or transport hub.

• Ability to effectively collaborate with senior leaders, clinicians, and staff to influence behaviors and promote adoption.

• Comfortable working independently in the field and adapting plans as necessary.

• Exceptional presentation and facilitation abilities.

• Native or near-native proficiency in the local market language.

• Strong understanding of local dental norms and terminology.

• Proficiency in English required for global collaboration.

• A passion for assisting practices in succeeding with a solutions-oriented approach to onboarding, training, and adoption.
