Trainer – Dental Billing and Practice Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific teaching from a home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®

• Employ various instructional methods to create and deliver lessons

• Design and prepare educational materials aligned with the curriculum

• Carry out competency evaluations

• Assist course participants in enhancing their professional skills and transitioning into the job market

• Play a role in the competency advancement of participants as a subject-matter expert and learning facilitator

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree from a university

• A minimum of two years of professional experience, including expertise in billing

• Practical, training-ready understanding of practice management

• Familiarity with Federal Joint Committee (G-BA) guidelines and contracts for patients under statutory health insurance (SHI)

• Knowledge of billing procedures in dental practices according to EBM (BEMA), GOÄ, and GOZ

• Experience with dental practice software (e.g., Charly) and quality management

• Comprehensive knowledge of digital healthcare and health technologies

• Initial experience in delivering training, such as in-house sessions, workshops, or seminars

• Proof of pedagogical competence (e.g., AEVO) or at least one year of experience in adult education training

• Strong methodological and didactic abilities in imparting educational content

• Independent and organized working style with a high level of personal accountability

• Excellent communication skills and innovative lesson planning

• Proficient command of the language of instruction, German (C2 level)
