Job Readiness Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee various course curriculums, facilitating 1–2 full-day training sessions weekly.

• Instruct on employability subjects such as CV crafting for Germany, interview techniques, job search strategies, and LinkedIn optimization.

• Teach essential soft skills including conflict resolution, problem-solving, teamwork, effective communication, and workplace culture.

• Provide tailored advice based on German hiring practices.

• Offer structured feedback to participants and assign brief challenges.

• Compile a concise weekly report on outcomes.

• Conduct Professional Impact Skills sessions in English for international professionals entering the German job market.

• Assist groups of mid-career professionals and individuals transitioning careers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years experience in Germany within HR/recruitment, coaching, or hiring partnerships.

• Demonstrated facilitation capabilities in areas related to job readiness or employability.

• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant training materials or resources.

• Proficient in English with strong German language skills.

• Dependable setup for delivering live sessions.

• Available to commence either immediately or in January 2027.

• Open to conducting training sessions one to two days per week, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM.

• Must have freelancer or independent contractor status.

• Contract duration of 12 months.

• Availability of up to approximately 20 hours per week.
