Digital Dentistry Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Guide new dental practices through Dandy’s onboarding process

• Facilitate engaging training sessions both virtually and on-site, customized for each practice

• Showcase best practices in intraoral scanning and digital workflows

• Provide hands-on coaching during live training sessions

• Establish clinical trust, confidence, and encourage early adoption

• Take ownership of each launch, ensuring practices reach key milestones

• Support practices post-launch regarding workflows and overcoming adoption challenges

• Monitor scan quality and offer constructive feedback

• Identify gaps in product usage and perform targeted follow-ups

• Conduct First Case Monitoring sessions to reinforce best practices and ensure successful orders

• Work collaboratively with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams

• Acknowledge early successes and celebrate the progress of practices

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in training on digital dental platforms or clinical technologies within a practice setting; familiarity with iTero or Trios is highly preferred

• Practical knowledge of intraoral scanning and digital dental workflows

• Exceptional teaching and facilitation abilities

• Capability to simplify complex technical concepts and promote behavioral change

• Strong, confident communication skills along with excellent virtual presentation and interpersonal skills

• Customer-centric approach; empathetic, patient, and adept at building trust remotely

• Highly organized and accountable, with a history of taking ownership of outcomes and follow-through

• Quick learner, tech-savvy, and capable of adapting to fast-paced environments

• Ability to manage multiple training sessions, follow-ups, and customer interactions

• Persuasive and supportive coaching skills to motivate behavior change and enhance adoption
