Trainer Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for both new and existing call center agents.

• Provide general training to field services teams and other departments.

• Facilitate virtual training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and performance.

• Tailor training delivery to accommodate various learning styles and requirements.

• Create visually appealing and interactive training materials and presentations utilizing modern adult learning principles.

• Collaborate with the LKI training team, subject matter experts (SMEs), and account leaders to ensure the training materials are effective and user-friendly.

• Offer post-training support and resources to both learners and call center leadership.

• Evaluate training outcomes through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a training or facilitation role.

• A strong passion for training and a commitment to facilitating in a virtual classroom environment.

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with adult learning principles and techniques for engaging learners.

• Some background in curriculum development, presentation techniques, and instructional design.
