Trainer – Learning Coach Financial Accounting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist participants throughout their qualification program.

• Offer guidance on technical inquiries related to financial accounting, tax legislation, and bookkeeping.

• Conduct evaluations of progress and track learning advancements.

• Recognize support requirements and formulate suitable solutions.

• Encourage independent learning and the establishment of an effective learning environment.

• Facilitate the utilization of digital learning resources and educational platforms.

• Work alongside subject-matter experts and internal partners.

• Aid individuals in enhancing their professional competencies and transitioning into the job market.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant vocational qualification coupled with practical experience as a financial accountant or tax clerk.

• Strong understanding of financial accounting and double-entry bookkeeping in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB).

• Proficient knowledge of annual financial reports, balance sheets, profit & loss (P&L), and income-surplus accounting (EÜR).

• Solid grasp of German tax regulations, especially VAT, income tax, and the Fiscal Code (Abgabenordnung).

• Advanced user skills in DATEV.

• Familiarity with cost and performance accounting (KLR) and fundamental controlling principles.

• Preferably, experience as a trainer or educator.

• Verified pedagogical qualifications.
