Certified Financial Planner – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver impartial and comprehensive financial advice directly to employees through the LearnLux digital platform.

• Connect and interact with clients remotely via video, chat, and email.

• Provide guidance on the LearnLux methodology while adapting to evolving financial landscapes.

• Engage in monthly team meetings and share subject-matter expertise to enhance the LearnLux digital experience.

• Develop expertise in clients' benefit plans and serve as an extension of their team during open enrollment periods.

• Work flexible shifts from 8 AM–11 PM ET Monday to Friday, typically committing to 5–15 hours each week.

• Report directly to the Director of Financial Planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• CFP® designation is mandatory.

• Strong desire to educate individuals on managing and investing in their financial future.

• Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize responsibilities, and take guidance from various team members.

• Proactive approach with the ability to implement actions independently.

• Experience across diverse areas of personal finance, including retirement, equity compensation, investments, budgeting, debt management, student loans, cash flow planning, digital currencies, estate planning, insurance, and more.

• CPA, Enrolled Agent, or similar qualifications are preferred.

• Certification in Credit Counseling is preferred.

• Additional certifications are preferred.

• Experience in startup and/or Fintech environments is preferred.

• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

• Experience in creating and delivering presentations to large audiences, either virtually or in-person, is preferred.

• Availability to work occasional evenings and Saturdays is preferred.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site events is preferred.
