Trainer – Instructor for IT Specialist Reskilling Program – System Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific instruction remotely from your home using WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• Utilize a variety of teaching strategies to create and deliver lessons.

• Develop and prepare educational materials aligned with the curriculum.

• Conduct assessments to gauge competency.

• Assist course participants in enhancing their professional skills and integrating into the job market.

• Act as a subject-matter expert and learning facilitator to foster participants’ skills development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Qualification as an IT Specialist in System Integration or a comparable field.

• Minimum of 5 years of verifiable professional experience.

• Proven experience in configuring and administering Microsoft servers.

• Familiarity with virtualization technology (Hyper-V).

• Knowledge of Linux is a plus.

• Interest in AI and ChatGPT, particularly their application in teaching.

• Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is beneficial.

• Evidence of pedagogical competence, such as an instructor qualification under AEVO.

• Strong methodological and didactic skills for effective communication of educational content.

• Independent, organized work approach with a high level of personal accountability.

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for teamwork.

• Proficient in German, the primary language of instruction (C2 level).
