This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop integration and interface architecture across supply chain applications, data repositories, and interconnected devices.
• Determine the standards and patterns that the program will adopt, documenting them to ensure consistent construction by delivery teams.
• Assess emerging technologies for compatibility and validate them prior to their inclusion in the production roadmap.
• Create architectural artifacts, including diagrams, decision logs, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with security and platform engineering to ensure designs are authorizable, not merely functional.
• Partner with product teams, security, and the technical stakeholders of the customer.
• Design the integration of supply chain and logistics systems for a federal health client.
• Oversee interface and integration architecture across applications, data repositories, and connected devices.
• Establish standards for delivery teams to follow.
• Bachelor’s degree and over 15 years of experience in systems or integration architecture.
• Proven ownership of interface architecture across various integrated systems.
• Practical experience with a recognized enterprise architecture framework (TOGAF, FEAF, DoDAF, or Zachman).
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, CDA, or DICOM.
• Experience in creating architectural documentation and standards for delivery teams.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation (Public Trust).
• Applicants must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must have physically resided in the United States for at least 3 years due to background investigation requirements.
• Applicants may need to fulfill requirements for access to protected and/or classified information.
• Preferred: Experience with federal health IT programs.
• Preferred: Experience in architecting supply chain, logistics, inventory, or asset management systems.
• Preferred: Experience in cloud migration and hybrid architecture (AWS, Azure).
• Preferred: TOGAF, AWS, or Azure architecture certification.
• Preferred: Experience working within Agile or SAFe at scale.
• Preferred: API and service-layer design experience, including contract-first methodologies.
• Preferred: Familiarity with federal IT governance and approved-tooling processes.
