Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Evaluate training requirements

• Choose materials and methods for delivering programs on diverse subjects

• Create guides, videos, and additional supporting materials

• Facilitate training sessions and deliver training content

• Organize classes, set up systems and equipment, and manage enrollment

• Maintain training logs and monitor participation

• Review and enhance eLearning programs when applicable

• Assess and score both recorded and live calls

• Offer constructive feedback to agents and leaders to improve performance and develop best practices

• Travel to various locations to train employees on applications, processes, and procedures

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required

• Proficiency in arithmetic, rates, ratios, percentages, and graphs

• Regular use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, databases, and PowerPoint

• Capability to create, maintain, and integrate functions into Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, databases, and PowerPoint presentations

• Moderate complexity in oral and written communication skills

• Ability to train others, engage with individuals, and present to department or middle management

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks or projects concurrently with moderate complexity

• Ability to remain seated for extended periods and frequently utilize a computer, keyboard, and mouse

• Capability to lift up to 25 pounds
