Contracts Co-op, Spring/Summer 2027

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Assist the Electric Power Systems Contracts and Business Management team.

• Collaborate with the EPS Contracts team in a proactive and interactive setting.

• Provide support to Contract Administrators within Project Management Teams.

• Coordinate with customer product teams in a multidisciplinary work environment.

• Follow and adhere to established Standard Work processes.

• Organize and maintain contract documents and artifacts.

• Collect and compile requests for audit documentation.

• Analyze and manage contract documents effectively.

• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations.

• Prepare for and engage in reviews of customer agreement terms and conditions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Assist with customer contracts.

• Gain insights into the contracts lifecycle.

• Take the lead on small projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree program in Business or Law and actively participating until the completion of the internship/co-op session.

• Must have completed at least 60 credit hours by the beginning of the internship/co-op session.

• U.S. citizenship is necessary, as only U.S. citizens are permitted to access information under this program/contract.

• Must reside and work in one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories.

• Full-time availability is required from Monday to Friday between January and August, including the Spring semester.

• Relevant experience can be gained through on-the-job training, research, coursework, or projects.
